LaShanda Crawford, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker with a master's degree in social work from Delaware State University and more than 15 years of clinical experience. My professional background includes work in community mental health, substance use treatment, and hospital settings, where I have supported children, adolescents, and adults navigating a wide range of challenges.
I specialize in helping young people and families heal from traumatic experiences through structured, evidence-based, and supportive interventions. In addition to TF-CBT, I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns and develop practical tools that promote emotional regulation, resilience, and meaningful, long-term change.
I am committed to providing compassionate, culturally responsive care that helps clients feel safe, understood, and empowered in their healing journey.

Stacey Roberts is the scheduler and intake coordinator at Minds in Motion Mental Health.
